Citadel Theatre is operated, managed, and promoted by the Citadel Theatre Society and is governed as a not-for-profit society. The Board of Directors have committed their time and expertise to the Society on a volunteer basis and are responsible for managing the Joint Use Agreement developed and used in part by Citadel High School, Halifax Regional Municipality and the Halifax Regional School Board. The Board is elected every April at the Citadel Theatre Society’s annual general meeting.
